Be able to create/add my own tilesets.

I had a game that let me do it, and it was wonderful. There's a nice variety of tilesets here - but some are not quite visible enough. I love the flags, for instance, but the pretty wavy effect makes it hard to see them clearly; I'd like to make a set with the flags face-on.
